Allowing time for contemplation, prayer or meditation to commune with the Divine, the mystery, the source of all life, allows you a sacred space to recognise your life is sacred, and your actions and words and choices have greater meaning. Your life has greater meaning and is not something to waste away on matters that have no true meaning to your heart or soul."
